About Us

Terrell State Hospital Volunteer Services Council was founded on the idea of helping those in need. Our mission is to seek and obtain goods, services and monetary donations to provide personal attention for the benefit of the hospital's patients--above and beyond the care and treatment provided by the state.

The Volunteer Services Council (VSC) is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization (501[c][3]) which provides support to the hospital through community education and solicitation of goods, services and funds for projects which benefit patient services.
